At Jewells we sell everything you need to pack, store and move your items safely whether you are moving to your new home, a storage facility or across the world.

1. What should I do if I receive damaged items?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item in your order, you can return it to our Showroom or phone us on 07 46323 200 or contact us via email.

2. What should I do if items are missing from my order?

If an item you have ordered appears to be missing from your delivery, please re-check your order for missing items. Please have your tax invoice handy when you contact us on 07 4632 3200.

3. What happens if I am not happy with my order once it is delivered?

If you're not happy with your order, we're not happy. So if for any reason you have issues regarding your order, please call us on 07 4632 3200 and one of our representatives will happily assist you.
